Eco-Lux® Duplex Coating

Eco-Lux® is a coating brand that developed by Taikyu Co., Ltd. As its name stated, Eco-Lux® represents “Ecology Protection” and “Luxury Quality”. Among all the Eco-Lux products, “6 series” is the latest.  The “6 series” contain absolute no chrome and reach hardness 6H. Taikyu team continuously upgrades our technique and quality along with expand our production capability. In 2008, we add three more automatic coating lines to serve market need global wide.
 

Eco-Lux® Duplex system consists of 3 layers:

The first layer is electro-zinc plating, which is to protect metal parts; The second layer is the Eco-Lux® 6000 chemical conversion film, and function as a primer on the top of zinc layer; The third layer is the Eco-Lux® 6100 Coloring top coat, which strengthen anti-corrosion protection power from corrosion and provide coloring identities.
